View KPI’s including inventory value, sell-through rate, sales money contribution, sales unit contribution, and stock contribution in a straightforward Excel sheet. 

Input item information (item description, SKU number, category, sales units, sales money, inventory, unit cost) at the SKU level.  The tool will automatically populate sales unit contribution and stock contribution vs. total, and suggest whether inventory should be increased or decreased based on the relationship to the total assortment.  

Use this tool to sift through data and steer assortment and inventory planning.  Identify hero or markdown products, determine if products should carry-over, decide whether inventory should be increased or decreased, and strategize on assortment SKU plans.

The tool is Shopify friendly, and includes detailed instructions on the second tab.
